You can book Lawns House on its own (sleeping up to 18 guests – including four single guest beds), or with The Lawns Spa Apartment (which sleeps additional up to 6 guests). The prices are flexible and largely depend on the numbers, and we have parties between two to eighteen people staying, so please enquire.
Booking dates are flexible and can start on any day of the week.
At the time of booking, we take a deposit of £500 (or 20% of the booking, whichever is greater), with the balance payable 2 months prior to your stay.
Our guide prices (Lawns House only):
Anytime off-peak – Please Enquire: short breaks off-peak from £1,900, an off-peak guide price is £650 per day three-day minimum;
February Half Term, Easter, May Bank Holidays – please enquire. The price depends on the number of people in the party and the number of days, prices start at £1,900 and average £2,500.

Lawns Spa Apartment available to rent WITH OR WITHOUT the Lawns House
Apartment bookings are flexible, and daily bookings are taken for any time of the year.
Prices range from £95 to £250 per night depending on the date and the amount booked – please enquire.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
