Facilities

The house is not just an ordinary self catering holiday cottage or a barn conversion – it is a large Victorian house built with style and opulence.

The house has a modern central heating system, and a new boiler mighty enough to power a medium-size aircraft carrier, so you can make the house as warm as you like it.

In August 2017 we installed an  £10,000 hot tub – HotSpring Relay on a deck outside. The hot tub can be used all year round, and has variable massage jets, waterfall, led lights, and is a real treat.

The Garden is walled/enclosed. We advise supervision at all times, though. The garden is in two sections – huge formal lawn, which is private to The Lawns Holiday Home, and the informal lawn, with playground, large trampoline, chicken enclosure, meadow etc. This area is less formal, and is shared with the owners and the Lawns Apartment guests.
