You can book Lawns House on its own (sleeping up to 18 guests – including four single guest beds), or with The Lawns Spa Apartment (which sleeps additional up to 6 guests).
The Lawns House is unique and special. Currently, we limit the number of larger group bookings per year to single digits. This is done to preserve the fabric of the house, and to ensure that the business and the property are sustainable.
Booking dates are flexible and can start on any day of the week.
At the time of booking, we take a deposit of 20% of the booking price, the balance is payable 2 months before your stay. A refundable security deposit of £500 is also taken.

Anytime off-peak – Please Enquire: short breaks off-peak from £2,300, additional days from £650; if the quota on bookings is reached during peak times we will not be able to accept off-peak bookings.

Apartment bookings are flexible, and daily bookings are taken for any time of the year.
Prices range from £95 to £350 per night depending on the date and the amount booked – please enquire.
