The Lawns Spa Apartment is open for business as Self Catering accommodation. We are child and dog-friendly.
The apartment is of very high standard, with ample private parking, in Central Holt, within short walking distance of all main attractions.
Sleeps 2 in the double room with en-suite bathroom, and additional 2 in the open-plan guest room. Independent access to bathroom from both rooms. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. Also, as an optional extra, there are 2 single high quality guest beds (Jay-Be J Bed).
Superfast Fibre Broadband Wi-Fi available as standard, free of charge.
Dogs are welcome, but an extra cleaning charge of £25 applies.
Access to the play and picnic area of the garden, includes table tennis, playground/trampoline/picnic bench. The area is shared with other guests of the Lawns Estate.
Private off-road parking. Access is from the street (Kerridge Way) and is completely independent from the rest of the estate. The apartment is all on one level so making it ideal for people experiencing mobility difficulties. Furniture is flexible and uncluttered with plenty of floor space and no carpeting.
The main room has Egyptian limestone tiles and the bedroom has a stunning wide board oak floor. Apartment facilities and fittings to the highest quality with under floor heating throughout, a kitchen corner with top Seimens appliances including oven/microwave, coffee press, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, full set of crockery and cooking equipment. The main room has a smart curved 48″ Samsung widescreen TV with Freesat and an Orbitsound boom box. The Bathroom room has a massive walk-in shower.
Towels and linen are provided.

Apartment bookings are flexible, and daily bookings are taken for any time of the year.
Prices range from £95 to £250 per night depending on the date and the amount booked – please enquire.
Dog charge is £25 per stay.
